Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed for the products identified on the DSI website. Placing an order on our website deems acceptance of these terms and conditions.
The supplier of the goods to which these terms and conditions apply (referred to hereafter as 'we' or 'us' as the context requires) is DSI Ltd.
No other terms or conditions will apply to the supply of products by DSI unless they are accepted in writing by DSI. No sales person, representative or agent is authorised by DSI to give any warranty, guarantee or representation in addition to or contrary to these terms.
We reserve the right to change or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, except that the terms and conditions posted on the DSI website at the time of a customer order being placed will govern the order in question, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We endeavor to ensure information in the website is current and accurate but this cannot always be guaranteed. All pictures, diagrams and descriptions of the products contained in the DSI web site or otherwise communicated to the customer should be regarded as approximate only, and shall not form part of these terms and conditions.
Shipping and Availability
Whilst we will try to fulfill any orders placed with us within any stated time, we shall not (save as otherwise required by law) be liable for the consequences of any delay or failure to deliver.
In the event that an order cannot be accepted by reason of non-availability of stock, you will be contacted by email and offered the option of either a credit , a backorder, or substitution of an equivalent or better item..
We only ship to New Zealand physical addresses using signature required courier. No P.O. boxes please. Rural deliveries will attract a surcharge.
Notwithstanding any indication given by the system, all orders are accepted subject to availability. DSI reserves the right to substitute an equivalent or better product at no extra charge to the customer if an ordered item is unavailable. In the unlikely event that this is necessary we will contact you first.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect all products supplied as soon as is reasonably possible after delivery and shall, within 7 days of delivery, give written notice to DSI of the following:
Any shortfall in products delivered. In this case DSI shall, at its discretion, ship the undelivered products or refund the price of the undelivered products.
Any defect in a product that is apparent on reasonable examination. In this case DSI shall, at its discretion, replace the product or refund the purchase price in accordance with the warranty condition. The customer must refuse parcels delivered in a damaged condition. Once you sign for it, the courier company will accept no liability for items damaged in transit.
The prices of the products listed on the web site are current but we reserve the right to change the price of any product at any time. Custom products or any products where a written quotation is provided will be sold at the prices set out in the relevant quotation with the exception of the following:
Variation in the cost of us acquiring the goods directly or indirectly, on account of changes in rates of currency exchange, taxes, duty, freight, insurance;
Delays in delivery or installation of the goods as a result of instructions or lack of instructions from the customer, the customer's failure or inability to fulfill the obligations under the contract or any action or inaction by the customer or other circumstances beyond the control of DSI.
Any correction of errors or omissions on the part of DSI or any of its representatives.
All prices specified by DSI are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include goods and services tax (GST).
Any personal information provided by you for the purposes of entering into a purchase transaction with us shall only be used for the purpose of administering your order and for the provision of after sales service to you. We will not share your information with anyone else, ever, except as maybe required by law.
DSI does store any credit card details or numbers. They are processed by Eway - a secure third party gateway.
Limitation of Liability
Please be aware that in no circumstances shall we be liable for any indirect, special or consequential loss or damage arising from our supply to you of any goods ordered
